RECRUITMENT & INTERNAL PROMOTIONS

- Using language tools to ensure impartial and unbiased language in our job description templates and role advertisements

- Established blind recruitment practices to enhance diversity by anonymising candidate information, and prioritising skills and qualifications to mitigate biases in the hiring process

- Implementing interview questions and a scorecard for hiring managers to ensure a fair and comprehensive assessment of candidates, aligning with equitable hiring best practices

- Conducting ongoing audits with recruitment agencies on our preferred supplier list (PSL) to ensure alignment with our DE&I statement, best practices, and a candidate-centric approach

- Developing a competency framework to guide employees in understanding potential career paths and facilitating meaningful career planning discussions

- Benchmarking roles across functions to maintain consistency in internal promotions, recruitment processes, and salary discussions, to achieve a balanced pay scale
